| The two titanium
constructions from 2002 and 2013 are viewed from behind, quasi reverse. They were never whole (total), singular objects outside the body... The computer tomograph produces different pixels dependent of the hardness of the material. Healthy bones are the brightest things in the body, except there are titanium constructions in it, as supplements. The Dicom Viewer reads the pixels of the computer tomograph. The Dornheim Segmenter Dicom Viewer (see below) is able to represent them in a 3-dimesional manner. You can not only turn the whole scanned body in all directions but also a) slice the body b) change the "contrasts" so the soft parts disappear, piece by piece according to their softness. As you can start the dicom viewer twice, you can search the correct position of two objects scanned on different occasions (before and after an operation). You make a screen print of both and isolate the objects in Photoshop. The full body skeleton had to be adjusted by the functions Transform/Warp and Puppet Warp (it has to sit at the table without having the hands under the table...). The other parts of the gif are normal photoshop "operations". Three pictures were made: a) the books, b) myself with shirt, c) myself without shirt. Piece by piece a part of an upper picture was deleted and two pictures were fused by merge visible layers. At the end, there were 34 pictures or layers ready for the gif, also made in Photoshop. |
